Delivery & Returns
APPLICABLE 1ST MAY TO 10TH MAY 2010:
Standard 8 day option - dispatch on 10th May 2010 - expected delivery 7 days
Express Dispatch - dispatch on 10th May 2010, expected delivery 14th May
Next Day - Dispatch on 10th May for delivery on 11th May.
PAYMENTS
- All our prices are inclusive of VAT.
- Secure payment can be made via our card processor operated by Protx/SagePay.
- We also accept payments via PayPal, NoChex, and Google Checkout.
- We do not send out orders until correct cleared payment has been received.
DELIVERY
Options are as given below:
- Free UK delivery (all UK areas) on orders over £34.95 - up to 4 days.
- Standard Delivery is £2.99, estimated delivery within 7 working days
- Express Delivery is delivery within 3-4 working days at £4.25
- Next Day Delivery is a trackable method at £8.75, please read the following conditions:
Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed Monday to Thursday by no later than 12.00pm from receipt of payment. If your order is placed beyond 12.00pm on a Thursday or all day on Friday, it will be delivered on the following Monday (if not a bank holiday). If you require a Saturday delivery please contact us before payment is made as this can be arranged at extra cost. No dispatches will take place on a bank or public holiday and goods cannot be received on those days. Couriers will do their best to ensure delivery anytime between 8am and 7pm excluding any unforeseen delays. A signature will be required and if there is no-one to sign, a calling card will be left which needs to be responded to within 48 hours. You can rearrange a delivery or pick the order up from the depot. It is the customers responsibility to contact the delivery company and rearrange the delivery and Up 2 Ten Parties accept no liability for failed deliveries if the customer is not available. No postage refund will be made for failed deliveries in such circumstances.
The majority of our deliveries are through Royal Mail or DPD Delivery Courier Service and will require a signature.

TWO DAYS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSTCODES: AB31 - AB3, AB9, AB22 - 23, AB30, DD1 TO DD5, DD7 - DD11, KY13, PH2, PH11 TO PH14. Use Standard Next Day.
TWO DAYS: The following postcodes do NOT come under UK Mainland and therefore you must choose UK Scottish Highlands : AB31 - AB 38, AB41, AB43-45, AB51-56, FK10-21, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36, IV40-49, IV51-56, IV63, HS1-9, KA27-28, KW1-3, KW5-17, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH1, PH5-26, PH10, PH15-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3.
TWO DAYS: Northern Ireland.
We reserve the right to use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service for anyone living in the above areas but who does not choose the correct postage. We will not send Special Delivery or via Courier if a packet is over 5kg in these circumstances. Please ring for clarification if you are unsure of these options.
The single most important feature of your delivery address is the correct postcode. All postal delivery companies use the postcode to send the parcel. If your item has the incorrect postcode, however small the mistake, it will have a severe impact on the time of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that buyers make with regard to addresses. In many cases, we are unable to dispatch until we have the correct postcode.
We only send to billing address as a security measure. If you wish to discuss this, then please email through the contact page with your order number. No goods will be sent out until cleared payment has been received. We reserve the right to deliver goods in part.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
- Party Kiosk and Up2ten Parties operate a strict returns policy that items need to be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving, with a 14 day maximum limit.
- Return of goods will be at buyers own expense and no postage will be refundable at all.
- Goods must be in their original state, original packaging, unused and unworn.
- Any items returned that are not suitable for resale will be refused and returned to buyer with no refund.
- Refunds will be made by the method of original payment with the exception of bank transfer or postal order.
In these cases a cheque will be sent. - All refunds will be made within the 30 day limit.
- Cake Decorations are a non-returnable item as they are classified as a food.
DAMAGED GOODS
All damages/shortages must be reported to us via our contact page within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Any later than this, we cannot arrange a return/refund or redelivery. If an item is damaged, once received back at our store we will refund postage costs. Please ensure you have evidence that your item has been returned, preferably via recorded delivery which can be verified by on-line tracking.
